Local Himalayan
Delicacies
While our kitchen is deeply rooted in traditional Bengali cooking—serving rich mustard fish curries and perfect *Karele ki pakodi*—we also embrace the unique produce of the Sittong mountains.
Depending on the season, guests are treated to incredible local specialties. We prepare fresh, highly nutritious Simi (Local Mountain Beans) and tender, flavorful Bamboo Shoot (Bamboo Suit) curries. These ingredients are sourced directly from the surrounding village and cooked using aromatic spices to give you a true taste of the region.
